At Galoria, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with complete packaging.
Once your return request is approved and the product is received by our team, the refund process will begin. Refunds may take a few working days depending on the payment method used. In some cases, customers may also be offered an exchange or store credit.
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items such as customized jewelry, sale items, or used products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
